Tenancy Requirements
Tenancy decisions will be based on a COMBINATION of the following criteria:
- Minimum income must be at least 2.75 ($2543) to rent. To prove financial stability, please show proof of income for at least 90 days prior to your application.
- Min 600 credit (or co-signor)
- Most emphasis will be on your credit and criminal history outlining timely payments, delinquencies, number of collections and past judgments. No evictions and no bankruptcies in the last 5 years.
- No drug related felonies, no sexual predators and no crimes against properties and landlords.
Pet Policy
- One pet allowed.
- $300 non refundable deposit,
- $35 pet rent per month.
- Dogs up to 50 pounds with dog breed approval from Management
